- Very competitive compensation and bonuses.
- Substantial performance-based bonuses.
- Starting pay for the 2022 summer season is $11.00 per hour, with increases based on age and experience.
- We hold regular in-service trainings to help young individuals build a strong work ethic that will last a lifetime, promote professional development through leadership opportunities, and foster a family-like environment.
- We even have a referral program, $25 for every friend that gets hired. All employees that refer their friends are also eligible to win a $1,000 scholarship.
